    Hi Kristina i am glad your running again.Running does make one feel alive.Very wise of you to start off slow till your body gets use to running again.I go running with my friend so i guess thats my favorite sport.On a go day we can make 6 to 7 km a little more if we push it.Mostly after work 3 km to 4 km.Keep up the running your friend Mike.

    I am more of a spectator of sports than one to take part lol, I used to do Martial Arts, but now I prefer watching Motor Racing and Ice Hockey

    It’s good you were able to go jogging. Hopefully, the weather will be warmer soon and you will be able to get your routine back too.

      Hello Omar, it took a while before it good nice for jogging. But I actually found out, that I like running in bit chilly weather more than it hot weather. What do you prefer?
